E ele dirá que vocês são obrigados, nas próximas duas horas, a banir todas as contas das seguintes pessoas. E ele diz que esta ordem é secreta e vocês são obrigados a mantê-la em segredo. Conseguimos obter uma dessas ordens secretas no início de 2023. Relatamos no programa que era inacreditável, eles apenas adicionavam listas e listas de pessoas que deveriam ser banidas. Nenhum deles foi acusado de nenhum crime, nenhum deles foi notificado nem mesmo da emissão desta ordem, nenhum deles teve qualquer devido processo para contestá-la. Nós relatamos tudo relatamos tudo. Ele prendeu muitos associados de Bolsonaro, na verdade, acabamos de fazer uma grande história onde seu principal conselheiro de política externa, Felipe Martins, fazia parte de uma investigação, mas nunca foi acusado de nenhum crime, muito menos condenado por um, e Alexandre de Moraes ordenou que ele, preso em março deste ano, antes de qualquer julgamento, antes de qualquer acusação, e seu argumento de por que ele estava ordenando sua prisão preventivamente antes do julgamento foi baseado em uma falsidade completa. Havia registros dele entrando nos EUA, mas nenhum acordo dele deixando os EUA e retornando ao Brasil e, portanto isso provou que ele de alguma forma evaporou. E isso provou que havia um risco de fuga, e ele estava preso em uma condição de prisão muito dura por mais de 6 meses. Escrevemos um artigo sobre isso há cerca de duas semanas, detalhando tudo. Havia uma montanha de evidências mostrando que Filipe Martins nunca saiu do Brasil, que ele não estava no avião presidencial, que ele estava no Brasil o tempo todo, até o ponto que até mesmo o promotor pediu sua libertação. E este juiz o manteve na prisão sem base em nada, injustamente e então ele finalmente saiu da prisão na semana passada. Estes são os tipos de abusos que têm ocorrido repetidamente, todos em nome, nas mãos deste juiz, Então, há cerca de um mês ou talvez um pouco mais, fomos capazes de obter um gigantesco arquivo de mensagens, áudio, vídeo, áudios, documentos, textos, todos os tipos de conversas que vieram direto do coração dos gabinetes deste juiz. Basicamente para servir como juiz e ao mesmo tempo investigador. Ele instruiria os braços policiais do tribunal para irem e investigarem e ele diria a esses braços policiais: não façam parecer que sou eu quem pediu esta investigação ou que eu sou aquele que disse que essas pessoas deveriam ser investigadas. Você escreve um relatório dizendo que elas deveriam ser investigadas e então me dá para que pareça pareça que não sou eu que estou iniciando isso, eu apenas estou recebendo passivamente essas solicitações de algum outro órgão. E eles falaram sobre como foi projetado para criar esse pretexto, essa aparência de legalidade. Essas são apenas as primeiras histórias e há todo tipo de outras partes dessas histórias, como sobre dentro de seus aposentos eles estavam meio que contando piadas obscuras sobre como isso tudo era perturbador.
